2 ripe avocados
1 lime, juiced
1 jalapeno pepper, diced
1 clove garlic
1/2 small onion,minced
1 roma tomato, seeded and diced
1 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
salt and ground pepper to taste
Place avocados in a bowl. Squeeze lime juice on top and roughly smash with a fork.
Add jalapeno pepper, garlic, onion, tomato, cilantro, salt and pepper. Gently combine with a fork.
Serve with dipping choice of raw veggies, chips.
This keeps well for 2-3 days in the refrigerator.
