Easy Sauteed Spinach

This is so easy!

I usually use coconut oil (organic) to sautee in.   Use a large teaspoon of coconut oil.   Put in your sautee pan and heat to medium.

Slice two cloves of garlic.   You can add more garlic to taste.    Gently sautee the garlic for about two minutes.  Add the spinach, cover, and cook for 3-4 minutes or until wilted to your taste.  Serve immediately.


This is my favorite way to serve spinach and it is good with everything, from Eggs to any chicken, beef, pork, or fish dish.


Use organic spinach!
