Hard boiled egg

Apple, peanut or almond butter

1/2 cup unsalted pistachios

cup of blueberries, handful of nuts

1/2 baked potato with plain yogurt, dill, chives or salsa

1/2 baked sweet potato with cinnamon

slice of whole grain cinnamon raisin bread, toasted, with peanut butter, or almond butter

almonds, one ounce

veggies,   carrots, red or green pepper, zucchini, cauliflower or any raw vegetable of your choice, add 2 tbsp of guacamole or hummus
