5 minutes or less
Protein:
6 ounces of plain, unsweetened and unflavored greek yogurt OR
1/2 to a whole avocado OR
Protein powder of choice
Spinach:
1 to two cups organic spinach. Can substitute kale.
I often use I scoop of spirulina to boost the greens component!
Fruits:
Note on fruits and vegetables: Get organic when you can, If not, wash thoroughly to remove pesticides.
1 ripe pear or 1/2 banana or 1/2 cup blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, fresh or frozen. Organic if possible. Use as much fruit as you like!!
15 red or green grapes. Organic. Optional.
Liquid:
Water or coconut milk or almond milk or milk of choice. Use enough to help liquify the ingredients.
Blend! If the smoothie is too thick, add more liquid to thin out. Enjoy!
