Light vinagrette salad dressing

Prep Notes

This is so easy!    In jar or salad dressing bottle combine 2-3 ounces of balsamic or other flavored vinegar,  2-3 ounces of good Olive Oil, can also be flavored;    add a heaping teaspoon of Dijon mustard.  Shake til well blended.   Taste and add more mustard to taste. 

Refrigerate until ready to use.  Shake before using.

This will last well in your refrigerator.

6-8 generous servings

Ingredients

Extra virgin olive oil

Balsamic, white wine, or other flavored vinegar.  You can also use lemon juice.

Dijon Mustard.  You could substitute any mustard you prefer.  

Directions

Put the ingredients in a salad dressing container or jar of any type.  Mix well by shaking.  Refrigerate until ready to use.  

Notes

Keeping the ingredients on hand for this dressing will ensure that you always have fresh salad dressing.   Thanks to my sister Fran for teaching me how easy it is to throw together salad dressing!
