Yields

1 large or two moderate portions

Ingredients

1 frozen banana

1 cup fruit of choice (either fresh or frozen)

1/4 cup almond, soy, coconut or rice milk

1 tsp Vanilla

Pinch of salt

Directions

Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.   Eat right away, or put in freezer til ready to serve.
