For wraps, use whole wheat or spinach wraps.  


Great fillings include:

* tuna fish, mix with celery, yogurt, red pepper or roasted red pepper, baby spinach


* avocado,  hummus, chopped veggies


* any leftover chicken or beef, chopped,   add chopped vegetables, spinach, hummus, avocado
