It is always important to have a healthy immune
system, but it is especially important today. In add-
ition to social distancing, handwashing, and mask
wearing, spending some time on nutrition and other
lifestyle factors will help to improve immunity and
help you to stay healthy.
What can you do to keep a healthy immune system?
1. Eliminate added sugars and cut down on processed
foods as much as possible.
2. Eat more vegetables and fruits daily. Eat the "colors
of the rainbow" daily.
3. Add beans, onions, mushrooms, seeds, and berries to
your daily diet.
4. Take a good multivitamin daily.
5. Get plenty of sleep.
6. Continue or start a meditation and/or yoga practice.
7. Get outside and get some Vitamin D.
